Information Security and Food Security Research Room — Sacha Inchi Oil and Olive Oil

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, international students were unable to return to their own countries during the summer of 2020. This translation project called together international and Taiwanese students to collaborate on translating local industry information. This translation is in regard to Sacha Inchi oil and olive oil. Five students worked together on a multi-language web page called “Hyperspectrometer Screens — Olive Oil.” The five students’ names are Shih An Tung, Yang Bo Shun, Liang Chen Wan, Chen Mie Ling, and Li Chia Min.
